Miranda’s journey in the world of finance spans over 15 years. She started at RHN in 2014 and has been providing our firm and clients with exceptional service ever since. In 2023, Miranda stepped into the role of Director due to her top-notch performance and leadership capabilities.

In addition to her dedication to her role at RHN, Miranda has made significant contributions to CPABC through her service as vice-chair of the Richmond/South Delta Chapter and as a volunteer student mentor with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Last year, when the CRA announced the new Underused Housing Tax, Miranda didn’t hesitate to spring into action and help her colleagues in the CPA community to navigate the sudden change. She founded the Underused Housing Tax Practitioner Group to provide a venue for consistent, correct information and grew the group to 1000-plus members.

One of Miranda’s standout qualities is her passion for estate planning. Beyond the numbers and professional designations, she genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients and the importance of preserving their legacies for generations to come. With her TEP designation, Miranda is well-equipped to offer specialized support in handling trusts and estates, proving to be an invaluable resource in navigating the complexities of estate planning.

In the realm of personal tax matters, Miranda is recognized as a go-to resource. She collaborates closely with clients, understanding their unique financial situations and goals. Together, they create robust plans that secure financial well-being.

Miranda’s commitment to her practice extends beyond filing taxes; she is passionate about being a long-term partner for her clients, helping anticipate and prepare for life’s changes and challenges.
